What products should I start with?
Start with The SEIFE Wash System — it includes everything you need for a complete wash in four steps: Grime Time (pre-wash), Rim Revive (wheels), Foam Cloud (contact wash), and Inside Agent (interior). It's the most straightforward way to experience what SEIFE is built to do.
Are SEIFE products safe for all vehicles?
Yes. Our products are formulated to be safe on all standard vehicle surfaces — painted panels, glass, plastic trim, alloy wheels, and interior materials. Each formula is pH-balanced to clean effectively without stripping protective coatings or damaging finishes.
Can I use the full SEIFE Wash System together?
Absolutely — the system was designed to work as a complete routine. Each product is formulated to complement the next. Following the four-step order (pre-wash, wheels, contact wash, interior) gives you the best result and helps protect your vehicle's surfaces throughout the process.
Usage
What order should I use the products in?
Follow the four-step SEIFE Wash System: Start with Grime Time to break down heavy buildup before any contact. Move to Rim Revive to treat wheels and brake dust. Then use Foam Cloud for your contact wash and rinse. Finish with Inside Agent to clean and reset your interior. This sequence protects your surfaces at every stage.
How often should I wash my car?
Every two weeks is the sweet spot for most drivers. If you're driving in harsh conditions — road salt, heavy rain, tree sap, or coastal air — weekly washing helps preserve your paint and coatings. Regular washing prevents buildup from bonding to your clear coat and makes every wash easier.
Is Foam Cloud safe for ceramic-coated vehicles?
Yes. Foam Cloud is specifically formulated to be safe on ceramic coatings. It lifts and suspends dirt without degrading the hydrophobic properties your coating was installed to provide. Regular use with Foam Cloud helps maintain the water-beading effect and extends the life of your coating.
Is Rim Revive safe on all wheels?
Yes. Rim Revive is pH-neutral and safe for use on alloy, chrome, painted, and powder-coated wheels. It targets brake dust and road grime without the aggressive acids found in some competitor products. We recommend rinsing thoroughly after application and working one wheel at a time.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. We're actively working on expanding to more regions — follow us on social or join our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Do you offer local pickup?
We don't currently offer local pickup — all orders ship directly. If you're local to Montreal and need something urgently, reach out to us directly at info@seife.store and we'll do our best to help.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us at info@seife.store within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been picked and packed, we're unable to make modifications. We'll always do our best to accommodate you before fulfilment begins.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That's not the experience we want you to have. If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, email us at info@seife.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll make it right — no hassle, no runaround.
