At SEIFE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@seife.store with:

• Your order number
• The product(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used products
• Final sale items
  

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
